Nicole Webre is a New Orleans native and received her Undergraduate Degree from Tulane University and her Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola University College of Law. Since 2003, Nicole has created legislation and led projects for redevelopment and new construction. She has spent 16 years in city government and the legal field helping residents, business owners, governmental agencies, educational institutions, and real estate developers navigate local and state government. She tackles every project or problem with the utmost attention and energy.

Nicole Webre is an investor of the River District and partner of the River District Neighborhood Investors (RDNI). Nicole and her fellow partners were selected to develop 40 acres of vacant land adjacent to the Ernest N. Lisa Picone Love holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University. She has over 20 years of experience working with clients in a variety of industries. As Associate Consultant, Lisa specializes in licensing and permitting, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certifications, and outreach for tax credit clients. Her career experience includes marketing, media sales, and non-profit management. Lisa holds a Master of Fine Arts in Performance from the University of New Orleans and has appeared in many local theatrical productions. She is a native New Orleanian and a member of the Krewe of Iris.

About Krystal L. James

Krystal James

Krystal L. James is an urban affairs professional with 30 years of experience in public administration, public policy, and non-profit management.  Her skillset includes community relations, strategic planning, organizational development and operations management. She is masterful at gathering key stakeholders to identify complex problems and work collaboratively to solve them in the context of competing political interests, limited funding, and stagnant bureaucracy.

She honed her disaster management and recovery skillset as a Budget Management Analyst for the City of Fort Worth, when the “Tornado of 2000” struck the city.  Krystal served on the team that managed all phases of the FEMA Public Assistance process and helped the city recover from over $450 million dollars of damage. As Chief of Staff for Tarrant County Commissioner Roy Charles Brooks, Krystal led the team that managed the reception, coordination of service providers and community resources, and long-term transition for evacuees from Hurricane Katrina relocated to Tarrant County.  Her strongest gift is the ability to cultivate, nurture and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders in every realm, from elected officials to community trustees. She understands the value of relationship currency and engages with the highest integrity, thus representing my brand and yours impeccably

Ms. James holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Howard University in Washington, D.C. and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington School of Urban and Public Affairs.
